Paleo Pumpkin Cake with Yogurt

2 tbs pumpkin purée
1 tbs coconut flour
1 tbs almond flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tsp egg white protein
1 egg white
1 1/2 tbs honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tsp  apple sauce or apple butter
1 tbs cashews (optional)
Combine all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl. microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Let cool for 1-2 minutes, flip out on to a plate and top with whipped cream or yogurt with honey

For my topping I mixed 
honey
Yogurt
Vanilla
I don't have a measurement for these, just as much as you like of honey and yogurt with a dash of vanilla.

My sis wanted me to add that it pairs nicely with a glass of milk, or coconut milk!
