Today I had a Pineapple, Cherry, Spinach, Banana and Coconut Water Smoothie for breakfast. I made my favorite grain free bread and made some Pineapple Carrot Cookies with the left ove shredded coconut that was left over from making coconut milk. I also made yogurt with the help mi petit ami.
Then I exercised by lifting weights and going on a walk/jog with the dogs.
After that, lunch Turkey Sandwich with Avocado, Roasted Red Pepper, Goat Milk Gouda, and Sauteed Spinach. And baked Green Beans.
Then I made new clothes with old t-shirts. One's like A racer back, one's like a tank top, and I used 3 shirts to make a dress. But I'm still working on it. I practiced my singing with Regina Spektor while I worked on the shirts.
I was in a romantic French mood, so I cooked a romantic French dinner. Cheese and fresh baked bread . Baked Orange Flounder Florintine and Green Bean Nacoise with red pepper and garlic. We also had home made Pineapple and Cherry Limemade that I made yesterday.
Now I'm watching X-Files and finishing my t-dress.
